We are looking forward to celebrating with you. Below are answers to a few frequently asked questions to help you plan and enjoy the wedding weekend with ease!
When should I RSVP by?
Please respond by February 7, 2026 so we can plan accordingly.
What is the dress code?
Black tie attire is requested for our wedding. Guests are encouraged to wear a black tie tuxedo or floor length formal dress. For those attending the Welcome Party on Friday, cocktail attire is requested.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to space considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.
Where should I stay?
We have reserved a block of rooms for your convenience at The Read House. Details and booking links can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page on our website.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation will be provided throughout the evening on Saturday for guests staying at the The Read House. Shuttles will run between The Read House and the wedding venues.
If you prefer not to use the provided transportation, taxis and rideshare services are available in the area. Please note: As the venues span both Georgia and Tennessee, Lyft is the most reliable rideshare option for travel between Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga.
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport to Chattanooga is Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA), also known as Lovell Field, located about five miles east of downtown. Once you arrive, you will find taxis, rideshares, or rental cars available.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
All events during the wedding weekend, including the ceremony and reception, will be held indoors.
Where are you registered?
Your presence is the greatest gift. However, if you wish to give a gift, registry details can be found on the Registry page on our website.
Is the wedding kid-friendly?
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that only children who are part of the bridal party or immediate family attend.
Will parking be available?
Yes, parking will be available throughout the entire wedding weekend. Valet parking will be offered on Friday and Saturday evening at the Club for added convenience.
